Using this site

By using TradeCareersHub.com you agree to these terms. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial job search, learning and career planning. Please don't copy large parts of the site, scrape it, try to break or overload it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Job listings

• We do not guarantee that any job, employer or interview will be available to you, or that a listing is accurate, complete or still open.
• Listings sourced or aggregated from other sites — including Job Bank (Government of Canada) — show limited details and link to the original posting. Always read and apply on the original posting, and check the employer yourself.
• Employers who post with us must show the pay for every job, must describe a real, current opening, and must not post ads that discriminate on any ground protected by Canadian human rights law or that break employment standards.
• We may edit, decline or remove any posting at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.
• Never send money, banking details or your Social Insurance Number to anyone in response to a listing before you have verified the employer.

Practice tests, courses and guides

Our practice questions, course lessons and articles are for educational purposes only. TradeCareersHub.com is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Red Seal Program, Employment and Social Development Canada, or any provincial or territorial apprenticeship authority. Our practice questions are original and are not official exam questions. Using our materials does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification. Requirements change — always confirm details with your apprenticeship authority.

Paid services

The resume service (with an optional custom cover letter) is open now. The interview prep course, exam tutoring, full practice-test access, featured job listings and group plans are described on this site as coming soon: they cannot be ordered or paid for yet, and any prices shown for them are planned launch prices that may change. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are paid before work starts or access is granted. Before you pay or submit an order, we ask you to tick a box confirming you have read and agree to these terms, including the refund policy; we record that you agreed, the date and the version of these terms.

Resume service

These terms apply to the resume service:

• Price: $149 CAD for a trades resume, a reference page and a cover letter template you tailor yourself. Optional add-on: a custom cover letter written for one specific job posting, +$49 CAD. Prices shown are launch pricing.
• Payment: by PayPal or Interac e-Transfer to info@tradecareershub.com, before work starts. Card and PayPal payments are processed securely by PayPal on its own checkout page. TradeCareersHub never sees or stores your card number.
• Refunds: see the guarantee below and our refund policy.
• Turnaround: your first draft (a watermarked PDF preview) within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire (and payment).
• How it's prepared: written for your trade from your own questionnaire answers, then personally reviewed and finalized by a real person.
• Revisions: two rounds of revisions, requested within 14 days of your first draft.
• Drafts: your first draft and any revision drafts are sent as a watermarked PDF preview marked “DRAFT PREVIEW - TradeCareersHub”.
• Delivery: final clean files in Word (.docx) and PDF, delivered by email once you approve your draft, or automatically when the 14-day revision window closes.
• Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel before we start work on your questionnaire, and a 50% refund if you cancel after work starts but before your first draft is delivered. After that, your two included rounds of revisions are how we make it right, and if the final resume doesn't reflect the information you gave us, we'll rewrite it free. • We don't guarantee that you'll get an interview or a job.

Refund policy (general terms)

These general terms explain when you can get your money back. They apply to the services that are open now, and to our other paid services when they open:

• Resume service (resume, or resume + custom cover letter): full refund if you cancel before work starts (before we begin reviewing your questionnaire). 50% refund if you cancel after work starts but before your first draft is delivered. No refund once your first draft has been delivered. If you're not happy with a draft, your two included rounds of revisions are how we put it right.
• Drafts and final files: your first draft and any revision drafts are sent as a watermarked PDF preview marked “DRAFT PREVIEW - TradeCareersHub”. The final clean PDF and editable Word (.docx) files are delivered once you approve the draft, or automatically when the revision window closes.
• Interview prep course and practice tests: no refund once access to the course or test bank has been granted, unless your access never worked and we can't fix it, in which case we refund you in full.
• Exam tutoring: full refund for a session cancelled at least 24 hours before it starts. No refund for a session that was held, missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Unused hours of a 5-hour package are refunded at the package rate ($59.80 per hour) if you ask within 90 days of buying it.
• Featured job listings: full refund if we decline your post. No refund once it has been published.
• How refunds are paid: approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Problems and payment disputes: if something is wrong with an order, please email info@tradecareershub.com first so we can sort it out, before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. We keep order records (your questionnaire, our emails with you, the date you accepted these terms and delivery confirmations) and will provide them to the payment processor if a payment is disputed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Affiliate disclosure

Your content

When you send us a message, job post or questionnaire, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You let us use it to provide the service you asked for, as described in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including Job Bank, apprenticeship authorities and Amazon.ca. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeCareersHub.com and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, a job listing, an employer, a linked website or a product bought through an affiliate link. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date below shows when they last changed. Effective date: October 27, 2026.
